Friday, April 25 was the Day of Silence (www.dayofsilence.org). My sister, myself, and about 8 or 9 other kids at school participated. I had everyone participating hang one of these on their locker to make the event more public.
After returing to my locker after Choir, I found this on my locker.
At least you understood the meaning of silence... as the old saying goes, if only closed minds came with closed mouths... or closed pen caps in this case.
I can not express enough how much to thank you for supporting the Day of Silence. I always find it deeply sad and upsetting whenever I see nasty things said (just like the vandal who scribbled on your sheet) and done to people who are gay/lesbian/bi/trans or are straight and want to help those in need. I'm glad there are more people like you in the world.
Thanks again.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
